Hey friends, Happy Monday! I hope you all had a great weekend.
Grey and I snuck off to Sweet Salvage‘s ‘Sixer Upper’ market on Saturday afternoon and it did not disappoint! I was so excited to go armed with my new camera since the past few months we have been traveling when the markets have occurred, so we haven’t been able to attend. If you are local to Arizona, you have to make it a point to go to their Wicked Faire next month — that is THE BEST one. 🙂
I took a lot of pictures and we also purchased some goodies as gifts for friends and family for the coming months. Just a few things but we’re really excited about our finds. This market theme was in celebration of Sweet Salvage’s sixth birthday. As usual, the displays were amazing and the creativity that goes into them is really something. The vignettes are full to the brim of beautiful antiques and old things that are so special.
Aren’t those rustic rosaries beautiful? This was a fun beachy scene with lots of seashells, sea sponges, blue-glass objet d’art, and plenty of texture.
This vignette had ostrich eggs in an urn and old beehives. Amazing texture here and one of those messily perfect displays that I love so much.
I bet you’re noticing from the pictures so far all of the beautiful pops of green. 🙂 There is something so fresh and cleansing about the color green…
Very cool layered bar cart.
Meanwhile in the warehouse…
A green color story. 🙂
I also am very intrigued by messy displays of vintage silver flatware…
I’m finding it’s one of my favorite scenes to take pictures of. 🙂
Thanks for following along! I hope you have a great Monday.
