I love looking at interior design photos, and since you’re here, I know that you do, too! 🙂 Something that consistently makes me feel a deeper connection with an interior design photo is an element I have come to call “someone’s at home.” That beautiful home office design with a glass of water on the desk; a pantry filled with fresh fruit; fresh flowers on a tabletop surface; an open gate; reading glasses left on top of a pile of books or paperwork; even a smiling dog! These images form a connection between me and the home itself, making even the fanciest houses feel cozy and lived in.
