Hey there, my friends! 🙂 Happy day-after-Labor Day to you. I enjoyed the day so much… I spent my time nesting, drinking allll the coffee, and dreaming. This has been an unexpected season of transition for me and I am loving it. It’s a super positive time right now in this here brain of mine, and it’s making me live each day with even more intention and gratitude than ever before.
Which brings me to… all the cozy things. 😉
Each season for the last few years on this blog I put together one of my ‘Season As a Feeling’ posts. And I’m officially feeling Fall! These posts happen whenever they ‘feel‘ right to me, and I post pictures that really conjure up the vibrations of the season — which sometimes even change for me from year to year!
This Fall, I’m loving cozy imperfection. That’s going to be my motto heading into the rest of the year and beyond, I think. Cozy imperfection. This is the season of layering, hunkering down, quality time, and intention. It’s not so much about pumpkins or even pumpkin spice (though my house is sporting plenty of that right now!); for me, it’s more about getting back to my roots… Nesting, puttering, loving on my space and loving on the people inside it. Yes, Kuma is a ‘people,’ too. 😉
So if you’re feeling up to it, if you’re feeling like Fall is here, too, I invite you to venture into the season with me — one photo at a time… Enjoy!
